Current state of the beam line construction at J-PARC

On January 20, 2009, J-PARC Committee for Equipment approved the construction of high-pressure beam line at BL11. In early April the Institute for Solid State Physics received the tentative notice of the budget of Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research on Innovative Areas for the second year in a row in early April. Since then Dr. HATTORI, and Dr. ARIMA are struggling to construct the beam line under the high pressures of Dr. UTSUMI, the leader of JAEA Tokai Group.
